Blake was named National Sales Manager in June 2022. Previously he was the National Sales Manager for ESAM, Inc., one of the operating subsidiaries located in Grants Pass, Oregon. Besides managing internal sales reps and customer service staff, he also oversees our network of independent sales representatives located across the country. His role includes actively engaging with our customers and Impact ES personnel to create long-term and lasting relationships between all parties while solving our customer’s product challenges that range from design and development to manufacture and assembly.
Blake obtained his Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Western Oregon University and has a diverse and extensive background in Community and Customer Service including over 13 years of Customer Service experience along with training and time on the job as a Police Officer.
Outside of his professional life, Blake enjoys spending time with his wife of 10 years, Ali, their 3-year-old daughter, Kennedy, and their two huskies. Traveling, sports, and outdoor activities are a huge part of his family life.
