Beto brings extensive domestic and international innovation and manufacturing experience, and a proven track record in successfully developing and leading global operations and sales organizations, product development, innovation and strategic planning initiatives, and manufacturing programs. He is committed to building and leading effective, highly-collaborative, forward-thinking, and cross-functional teams.
Prior to joining Impact Electronic Solutions, Beto was the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at ConMet, an Amsted Industries company. There, he led ConMet’s successful efforts to expand cutting-edge product offerings through collaborative partnerships, and contributed to the evolution of an innovation-driven corporate culture. Prior to ConMet, Beto spent ten years in a variety of account, sales, operations, and innovation leadership roles at Flextronics International, a global electronics manufacturing company.
Beto received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University, where he also received the 2016 “Council of Outstanding Early Career Engineers” award for distinguished early career achievement.
In his free time, Beto enjoys golfing, woodworking, and spending time with his family.
