Certified to the Highest Standards

Your products deserve uncompromising quality. We maintain industry-leading certifications, including:

  • Nadcap®: Electronics – Cable and Harness Assemblies

  • AS9100D

  • ISO 9001:2015

  • J-STD-001

  • J-STD-001 Space Addendum

  • IPC/WHMA-A-620D-S

  • IPC/WHMA-A-620D

These certifications reflect our commitment to aerospace-grade reliability, traceability and repeatability.

At Impact Electronics, we're committed to working within your timeline and budget. While we are certified to rigorous standards — including space-grade IPC/WHMA-A-620D-S — not every project requires that level of process. We work with each customer to build to the standard that best fits their application and budget, so you get the quality you need without paying for more than your project demands.

Your Partner in Electronics Manufacturing

Impact Electronic Solutions is more than a manufacturer—we’re a collaborative partner committed to helping you bring exceptional products to life. From concept to completion, we deliver the expertise, communication and reliability that modern innovators depend on.

Let’s build something extraordinary together.

.
  • A cable assembly is a single cable with connectors on each end, often jacketed for protection in a specific environment. A wire harness is a more complex bundle of wires, terminals, and connectors organized into a routed assembly that delivers power and signals across multiple points in a system. Impact Electronics manufactures both, from straightforward assemblies to multi-layered harnesses and full box builds.

  • Not necessarily. While we are certified to the rigorous IPC/WHMA-A-620D-S (Space) standard, we tailor our process to what your project actually requires. We work closely with each customer to identify the right standard for their application — so you benefit from our full capabilities without incurring costs that don't add value to your build.

  • ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) registration is a U.S. federal requirement for manufacturers who produce, export, or handle defense-related articles and technical data. For cable assembly programs supporting military platforms, ITAR registration ensures that manufacturing, documentation, and data handling comply with defense security requirements. Impact Electronics is ITAR-registered, enabling us to support classified and controlled defense manufacturing programs.

  • Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) is a global cooperative accreditation for aerospace and defense manufacturing. Nadcap accreditation for electronics — cable and harness assemblies — is granted only after an independent audit confirms that a manufacturer's processes meet the rigorous standards required by aerospace prime contractors and government customers. It is widely recognized as a mark of genuine process maturity in defense manufacturing.

  • Yes. Full lot traceability means every component, material, and process step in a cable assembly can be traced from the final delivered unit back through the supply chain to its raw material origin. We maintain full lot traceability as a standard practice for all defense and aerospace programs, supporting failure investigation, quality audits, and regulatory reporting.

  • Yes. We offer prototype builds, scalable production, and full-turnkey manufacturing, giving customers flexibility at every stage. The same engineering team supports your program from first article through volume manufacturing, eliminating the handoff risk that can force costly redesigns.

  • Every product undergoes 100% final testing and inspection using custom-built test boards developed by our in-house test engineering team. Production process documentation, copy-exact manufacturing methodology, and controlled assembly environments maintain consistency across every build.

  • Yes. Our AS9100D certification, ITAR registration, Nadcap® accreditation, and copy-exact manufacturing methodology are designed to support multi-year, high-reliability programs. The same quality infrastructure and documentation system that support initial delivery remain in place for follow-on orders, configuration updates, and program audits.
