The client needed a complete visual and functional website upgrade without disrupting their web presence during development. Additionally, they required better product organization, navigation improvements, and more engaging content to effectively showcase their customization options.

its look and feel. The team reorganized the product database to prioritize intuitive navigation and user-friendly interactions. Enhancements included quick links, categorical product sorting, and visual emphasis on the wide range of customization options.
Impact ES–Rhode Island also provided photo and copy editing services to ensure each page was visually compelling and clearly written. The new site was developed in a sandbox environment to avoid downtime, and once completed, it was deployed via the client’s existing hosting service—seamlessly replacing the old site.
