Dereck Moore brings more than 24 years of leadership experience in electronics and advanced manufacturing, with a strong record of driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and delivering profitable growth. As Vice President and General Manager of EMS Divisions, Dereck has full P&L responsibility and leads strategy and execution across Impact ES’s Vancouver, Washington, and Clearwater, Florida manufacturing operations.
Prior to Impact ES, Dereck held senior operations leadership roles, including Plant Operations Director at EVBox, where he led complex manufacturing environments and large-scale transformation initiatives. His experience spans multi-site and international operations, including plant leadership in Mexico, providing a global perspective on scalable and resilient manufacturing systems.
Known for his hands-on, people-first leadership style, Dereck applies Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Toyota Production System principles to strengthen processes, develop talent, and align teams around the Voice of the Customer. Deeply engaged at the Gemba, he is focused on building disciplined, customer-driven operations that enable sustained growth and best-in-class execution across the EMS divisions.
