Jaime Ramirez brings more than 30 years of manufacturing leadership in aerospace, defense, and cable and wire harness operations, with a strong record of scaling high-mix, custom build-to-order manufacturing. As General Manager and Vice President of Operations for Impact ES's Grants Pass facility, Jaime has full P&L responsibility and leads strategy and execution to support the site's growth and higher-volume order capacity.
Prior to joining Impact ES, Jaime brings 30 years of manufacturing leadership across aerospace, defense, and cable and wire harness operations. Most recently, as VP of Operations at a leading interconnect manufacturer, he held full P&L responsibility for a $125M operation and led teams of up to 1,200 people, driving on-time delivery to 99.8% and yield to 99.98%.
Known for a servant leadership approach grounded in clear expectations and accountability, Jaime believes in staying visible, removing barriers for his team, and developing people who follow through on their commitments — the same discipline he's bringing to Grants Pass as the site scales.
