We are excited to announce Felipe Rabelo as the new Vice President and General Manager of ImpactES–Ventura in Ventura, California.
Felipe is a seasoned global operations leader with over 20 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, supply chain management, and operational excellence across EMS and OEM environments. He has a proven track record of launching and scaling complex manufacturing operations in high-growth markets, including China, Vietnam, Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, and the United States. Felipe has often led on-site teams and driven results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
With deep expertise in manufacturing engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI), Felipe has successfully managed full product lifecycles, from design transfer and change implementation to volume production and quality audits across several countries. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, and innovation.
Most recently, Felipe oversaw operations across three manufacturing sites in Mexico and the USA. He led the startup of a new facility focused on robotics and automation and achieved over 35% year-over-year growth. Under his leadership, he significantly advanced automation, SMT optimization, and the successful introduction of more than 160 NPIs within a single year. Felipe’s strengths in cross-functional collaboration, capacity planning, PLM systems (Agile), and continuous improvement make him a tremendous asset as we continue to expand ImpactES–Ventura’s capabilities.
