Wes is a proven and trusted executive leader with a track record for developing strategy, execution, driving results, continuous improvement and building an attractive/successful organizational culture. He is experienced in leading multi-site, multi-national organizations in a range of functions including General Management, Product Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Order Fulfillment. Wes has more than 30 years of manufacturing experience, primarily in medical devices.
Prior to joining Impact ES, he worked at A-dec, Inc., a multi-national dental equipment manufacturer where he served 10 years on the executive team and was both the VP of Manufacturing and VP of Engineering. As VP of Manufacturing Wes oversaw multi-site manufacturing, global supply chain, global order fulfillment and logistics. As VP of Engineering he oversaw the product road map strategy, engineering design, sustaining engineering and the engineer-to-order function. Prior to executive leadership, Wes worked in engineering management, production management and as an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer.
Throughout his career, Wes has led teams through strategic change with a focus on continuous improvement and growth. Outside of his professional life, Wes values time with his family which includes his wife of 30 years, three sons, a daughter-in-law and a grandson. He volunteers in leadership at his church and enjoys a broad range of outdoor hobbies.
