The client needed a unique and easily manageable website that could be locally hosted. In addition to online visibility, they wanted to highlight the breadth of their services and the layout of their physical store. The site also needed to support customer service inquiries.
Impact ES–Rhode Island designed and developed a custom website using the WordPress platform, customizing key functionalities to improve ease of use and aesthetics. A service request feature was added to allow customers to submit questions and service tickets. To showcase the building’s layout and service offerings, Impact ES–Rhode Island created an interactive floor map with clickable department details.
Following the success of the website, the client requested custom graphics for a new delivery truck, designed to visually align with the site’s aesthetic.
