We are proud to welcome Jaime Ramirez as the new General Manager and Vice President of Operations for our Grants Pass facility. Jaime brings more than 30 years of manufacturing leadership in aerospace, defense, and cable and wire harness operations, most recently as Vice President of Operations at Winchester Interconnect, where he held full P&L responsibility for a $125 million operation and led teams of up to 1,200 people. Under his leadership, on-time delivery climbed to 99.8%, and yield reached 99.98% — the kind of results that come from a genuine mastery of high-mix, custom build-to-order manufacturing at scale.
