To our customers, partners and the ensure Impact ES team, I’m proud to share that our Ventura operations have officially moved into their new home.
First, congratulations to the Ventura team. In just three months, they turned an empty building into an advanced manufacturing facility. Then they moved an entire operation with only two days of production downtime. That kind of result takes careful planning, real teamwork, and a deep commitment to the customers who count on us. Thank you all for making it look easy.
To our customers: this investment is about you. It gives us more room to grow alongside your programs and to say yes to more of what you need, all under one roof.
When we brought five companies together under the Impact ES name, our goal was simple: to be stronger together. Ventura is that promise in action, and we’re just getting started.
Thank you for your continued trust and partnership.

Our new Ventura facility is more than 40% larger than our previous site, positioning us to grow our Ventura team by more than 60% and double our operating shifts.
Inside, you’ll find expanded large-scale and mid-size modular cleanrooms, box build capability for small, medium and large-scale assemblies with integrated testing, and new integrated manufacturing services. Combined with our sister facility in Grants Pass, Oregon, the expansion gives customers more scalability, cost efficiency and supply chain resilience.

When a leading space communications company needed a large volume of fiber optic components, with the ability to scale as demand grew, they needed more than manufacturing capacity. They needed confidence that every delivery would arrive on time. By drawing on the combined resources of five legacy companies now unified as Impact ES, our team split production across two plants. That built redundancy into the supply chain, kept costs in check, and put every component through full in-house testing. The result: on-time delivery, at scale, with no bottlenecks.
