On behalf of all of us at Impact Electronic Solutions, I wish you a joyful holiday season and a prosperous new year. We look forward to creating more meaningful solutions together in 2026.

As the holiday season approaches and toy aisles begin to fill, we’re reminded that play isn’t just about fun—it’s also a powerful tool for growth, learning, and healing. At Impact ES–Rhode Island, our engineers helped bring that idea to life through a remarkable partnership focused on pediatric rehabilitation. Together, we developed interactive, high-tech toys that make therapy more engaging for children with neurological conditions—combining motion tracking, embedded systems, and creativity to turn treatment into playtime.
As part of our newsletter, we want to introduce you to our team, share our Impact culture, values, and how we occasionally have fun at work.

This year, Clearwater brought the cheer with a good old-fashioned BBQ brought to you by our very own grill masters, COO Kevin McCall and Production Manager, Vince Raval. From burgers and hot dogs to classic baked beans, and we finished it off with some sweet treats. Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal together. We turned up the Christmas spirit with festive holiday outfits and added to the fun by raffling off some great prizes. Employees also enjoyed receiving the company-wide Impact gifts, making the celebration even more special.
There’s nothing like closing out the year surrounded by good food, great company, and plenty of holiday cheer. We’re grateful for the hard work and dedication of our team and look forward to a bright, productive, and happy New Year ahead!

The Impact ES–Grants Pass team celebrated the holidays with a festive breakfast bash featuring a buffet of muffins, danishes, fruit, meat and cheese platters, and a special visit from Murf’s Marvelous Pancakes serving fresh pancakes and sausages with their signature syrups. The fun continued with a holiday gift raffle and a lively white elephant exchange hosted by the front office. It was a wonderful morning filled with great food, laughter, and even a visit from Santa himself!

As the year comes to a close, the Impact ES–Vancouver team took time to give back to the communities we call home through a holiday donation drive supporting The Giving Closet, a local organization that provides clothing, household goods, and essential items to families in need.
This year, The Giving Closet shared that demand for basic necessities is especially high. In response, our team came together to help restock their shelves and spread some holiday cheer. Thanks to the generosity of Impact employees, the donation drive collected:
Over 30 games and puzzles for children and families
20 brand-new blankets to provide warmth during the winter months
A large collection of winter clothing, coats, and essential household items
The Giving Closet’s mission—“No one should be hungry, unclothed, or unloved within our reach”—resonates deeply with our team. We’re proud to support organizations that make a meaningful difference for local families and grateful to our employees who made this effort possible.
At Impact Electronics, community involvement is an extension of our values. Whether supporting our customers, our teams, or our neighbors, we believe strong partnerships start with showing up and doing our part.
We thank our team for their generosity and extend our appreciation to our customers for partnering with us as we continue working to make a positive impact—during the holidays and throughout the year.

The Impact ES–Ventura team celebrated the holidays California-style—gathering outdoors in the sunshine for a festive lunchtime party. With blue skies, good food, and great company, the team enjoyed a relaxed afternoon together, reflecting the strong camaraderie and positive spirit that define the Ventura location. It was a perfect reminder of how lucky we are to celebrate the season in true Southern California fashion.
